In August 2012, we contracted H & I Roofing to put a new roof on our house. Their estimator, Sue, showed up promptly and went over our needs thoroughly. My husband, as a former subcontractor to the building trade, was very particular about what he wanted done, especially with regard to our chimney which had leaked in the early years of us living here.
The crew arrived on time and worked diligently (and relatively quietly) the whole time they were here. The thing that most impressed us, besides the quality of the work, was the clean-up. There were no nails, no bits of paper, plastic, roofing or anything else to be found in our yard or our neigbour's yard. My husband actually went out after they'd gone to pickup any odd nails left behind but, to his surprise, he couldn't find one!
After nearly five months in place, through heavy rain and winds, our roof hasn't leaked. When we had a minor problem with one of the vents the company sent out someone to take care of it right away, no charge.
